“Our goal is to serve with dignity and compassion. I am very proud of our staff, and it is an honor to serve families in our community. We consider it a sacred calling to help families celebrate a life lived.”

Rich grew up in Highland Falls, New York, graduating from James I. O'Neill High School in 1980. He attended Hudson Valley Community College in Troy, New York where he received his Associates Degree in Mortuary Science. As a second generation Funeral Director, Rich was encouraged to “expand his horizons” and so he completed his residency in Peekskill, New York and worked for a time in Long Island, and later, in Monroe, New York for almost 30 years. When it was time to make a change, Rich and his wife, JoAnne, purchased the Quigley Bros. Funeral Home in 2015, today, known as Quigley-Sullivan Funeral Home, Inc.

Rich is a parishioner of the Church of St. Patrick in Highland Mills. New York. He is a proud 30 year Member and current President of the New York State Funeral Directors Association and the Orange-Rockland-Sullivan Funeral Directors Association where he served as Secretary/Treasurer from 1989 through 2004.
